A short guide with our recommendations for applying your new patch.
Garment should be clean & freshly laundered (including new items).
Set iron to "COTTON," 400 degrees, and let fully heat up for five minutes.
Thoroughly iron area of garment where patch will be placed.
Place patch on garment, embroidery facing up.
Place cotton cloth or light towel over patch and using a slow circular motion, press firmly for 30 seconds.
Turn garment inside out, and iron the back of the patch for 30 seconds.
Let cool for one minute. If the edge of the patch can be lifted, repeat step 6.

Covid 19 Update
We are still shipping orders but due to reduced Kreepsville warehouse staff and USPS shipping delays please allow an extra 1–4 days in order processing and shipping.
USPS has informed us due to high volume of shipments packages are not all getting scanned for tracking if your tracking says "pre-shipment" it has been shipped from our warehouse and is on it way!

Store Pick-up
Pick up hours are Monday- Thursday 12-5 pm and Friday-Sunday 12-6pm.
Please allow 12 - 24 hours for your order to be ready for pick up
Orders placed after 9am and during weekends will be ready the following business day.
Upon arrival please have your order confirmation and ID ready, if you are collecting on behalf of someone else, the person who placed the order MUST specify this in the notes of there order.
Please ring the doorbell when you arrive, one of our kreepsville krew will verify your order and ID, please respect our staffs safety and wear a face covering and social distance where possible.
Don't forget to snap a pic with our mural before you leave.
General Shipping Information
Our shipping charges are listed below, please note all orders are currently shipped via USPS.
Order placed before 9am (Los Angeles PST Time) will generally be shipped same day unless we are experiencing busy times such as holidays and site sales.
Orders placed after 9am and during weekends and holidays will ship the following business day.
If we have a problem with your order we will contact you via email, please also check your junk folders for emails from us.

International shipments can take 7-14 days to reach you, due to certain countries import exams please allow up to 3 weeks.
International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer’s responsibility.
If you refuse an international shipment you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and associated customs/duties associated with the order, these will be deducted from your refund.

We are now offering flat rate shipping to the UK of $25 with no import tax on all order over $20.00. UK orders are shipped weekly from our warehouse to our UK hub and shipped out from within the UK so they arrive to you faster and without import tax!
Returns
Items can be returned in their original condition and original packaging within 28 days of receiving an order. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns or exchanges, when returning an item please make sure the return package has tracking info as to we are not held responsible if your return package becomes lost in its transit back to us. Once we receive your item back we will process your return/exchange and send you an email confirmation.
