Recipients of the fundraising incentive bundles were notified via email by February 5, 2025. Here's how it works:

• Pick a charity and make a donation using the fundraising page links above (your donation goes straight to the charity). 
• Make your donation(s) by January 30, 11:59 pm (PT). The prize drawing will take place on January 31, 2025. (See bottom of page for full rules)
• If you choose to donate anonymously, please forward a copy of your receipt to wholesale@kreepsville666.com to be added to the drawing.
• Donors at each level will be automatically entered for a chance to win these exclusive Kreepsville gift bundles.
• 1 x $10 donation = 1 entry in the drawing for the $10 incentive gift bundles. (5 x $10 donations = 5 entries)
• 1 x $25 donation will get 1 entry in the drawing for the $25 incentive gift bundles.
• 1 x $50 donation will get 1 entry in the drawing for the $50 incentive gift bundle.
• You can donate as many times as you like. Each donation counts as an entry.

This campaign is not just about fundraising—it’s a collaborative effort to create a brighter future for those impacted by wildfires. By donating and sharing our campaign, you’ll be part of a meaningful movement to bring comfort and relief to those who need it the most. With so many lives affected, every contribution from our spooky community—big or small—can make a world of difference.

Rules for the Fundraising Incentive Bundle Prize Drawing

1. Eligibility: Participants must meet the minimum fundraising amount to be eligible for the prize drawing for that bundle. Only individuals who have submitted their donations by January 30, 11:59 pm (PT) will qualify.
   
2. Entry Requirements: Each eligible participant will receive one entry into the drawing for every donation that meets the minimum fundraising amount for that prize bundle. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can earn.
   
3. Deadlines: All donations must be submitted by 11:59 PM on the announced deadline date. Late submissions will not be considered for the drawing. Additional donations made to support these charities are welcome, even though donors are no longer eligilble for the incentive bundle drawing.
   
4. Drawing Date: The prize drawing will take place on January 31, 2025. Winners will be notified via the contact information they provided during registration by February 1, 2025. Winners have until February 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM (PST) to claim their prize. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and redrawn after this deadline.
   
5. Prizes: The incentive bundle prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a winner cannot claim the prize, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining entries. All prizes will be shipped or have an option to pick up from our LA store. Items will be shipped within the domestic USA at no cost to the winner. Shipping outside of the US may incur additional fees.
   
6. Fair Process: The drawing will be conducted in a fair and impartial manner, with all eligible entries included. Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of the organizers.
   
7. Organizer Rights: The organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the prize drawing if unforeseen circumstances arise. Any changes will be communicated promptly to participants.

By participating in the fundraising incentive prize drawing, entrants agree to abide by these rules.
